  • Our services are hourly based fees. Most importantly, our recommendations are based solely on your loved ones needs…we recommend options to meet those needs and do not receive compensation from any recommended services.
  • To begin, we will come and meet with you and your loved one. If you’re not in the area, we will spend time getting to know you via telephone and email. In order to provide the best solution possible, we explore and understand fully your needs to meet your goals.
  • We then review medical, legal and financial information and ultimately, provide a comprehensive assessment and a personalized plan of care based on your loved ones needs and capabilities for today and the future
  • A comprehensive assessment is constructed from health, housing and safety, legal and financial information which culminates in a care plan identifying current and potential problems and outlines solutions for dealing with those issues
  • After our assessment is complete, we can assist you in implementing and monitoring (if you so choose)…from everyday needs like bill paying and doctors visits, to more in depth services such as dealing with insurance providers and home transitions
  • We can also act as a liaison to families, local or at a distance, overseeing care and quickly alerting you to any problems or changes in needs
